Petaluma Sheep are sheared and ready for summer!

April 14, 2025

A spectacular sunny warm day greeted all the sheep, chickens, children, and other visitors to the annual Sheep Shearing Day at the Petaluma Adobe on Saturday, April 12, 2025. All 4 sheep from Flat Broke Farm Animal Rescue have recovered from their trauma and are happy to be a few pounds lighter. As always, carding, spinning, and other crafts were demonstrated and enjoyed by all.
