California State Parks hosted another delightful Nature and Community Fair on Saturday, August 10^th, 2024. Many local organizations offered fascinating and educational activities for children of all ages. Live visitors included a camel, a donkey, a calf, an owl, a sheep, a shaggy chicken, and several pigeons, while other booths displayed sculls, scat, stars, and many other ways to learn about and engage with our local environment.  Thanks to Dave Duplantier, our multi-talented State Parks ambassador, for organizing this fun event.
