Docents and parks volunteers were wined and dined by park staff at the annual volunteer appreciation dinner held at the Veteran’s Memorial Building in Sonoma. About one hundred people enjoyed hors d’oeuvres followed by Mary’s Pizza Shack lasagna and eggplant parmigiana. Joleen Ossello served as MC and honored several docents and volunteers for their service to the parks. She generated a warm and cheery atmosphere that extended throughout the evening.
